Amalfi: The residence Convento San Basilio is in a magnificent position, just a few minutes from the centre of the old town in Amalfi. The apartment is in an old monastery which was renovated and it is also of historical/archaelogical interest. Guests can use the parking spaces in the private garage with drop-off and collection of vehicles at any time, please inform the keyholder well in advance if you are interested in a parking space, EUR 20/day. Beach is approx 500 m away and it can be reached on foot along the centre of Amalfi with its typical alleys and beautiful monuments. From the road to the apartment there are stairs with approx 80 steps. Included in the price: English speaking tour of Amalfi each Thursday. Fin, historisk ferieanlegg "Convento San Basilio". From well furnished garden and from the house you can see sea, Basillica di Sant'Andrea Apostolo tower, Tower dello Ziro where duchess di Amalfi, Giovanna, died ( main protagonist of Webster drama). Standing in the garden you will have spactacularview on mountains behind Amalfi. Worth to visit, caves with stalactites and stalagmites and Mulini valley which is natural riserve.
