A semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre, 43 m² + loft 10 m², built in 1989, kitchen, bedroom, loft, sauna, shower room/toilet, balcony, terrace, fireplace.
Steep stairs to the loft. A double bed in the bedroom, two 80cm beds in the attic, and a sofa-bed in the living room. Price includes 1 bag of firewood. For shared use with neighbor cottages child-friendly sandy beach, boat (life jackets for 4) and barbecue.
On Summer season 2 x SUP Board rental at extra price 50 € / reservation period. During winter season 2023-24 two ski passes included in the price.
Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Distance to the Ukkohalla services 1.0 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km.
Pets are allowed, extra fee 30€ / reservation. View over slopes and Lake Syväjärvi.
