A semi-detached house located in the Ukkohalla tourism centre on the Syväjärvi beach, 43 m² + 10 m², built in 1989, 4+2 persons. Kitchen, bedroom, loft, sauna, shower room/toilet, balcony, terrace, fireplace and firewood. A double bed (width 140 cm) in the bedroom, 2 bunk beds on the loft and a sofa-bed in the living room. For shared use with neighbor cottages child-friendly sandy beach, boat and barbecue. Price includes 1 bag of firewood. Final cleaning includes to price.
On Summer season 2 x SUP Board rental at extra price 50 € / reservation period. During winter season 2023-24 two ski passes included in the price. Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Pets are allowed, extra fee 30€ / reservation. Distance to the Ukkohalla services 0,3 km. Kajaani airport 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km.
