38 km east of Kuopio, lake Kuukkajärvi 30 m (length 3 km, breadth 1 km), shallow water, hard sanded stone bottom, own boat. Log building 1969, kitchen, living room convertible sofa, bedrooms with double bed, bed room with 2 convertible sofas, washroom, open veranda. Lakeside sauna (17 sqm), dressing room, electric light. The furnishings of the cottage is old-fashioned, but in this case it works. The plot is in natural state, from the cottage to the shore there is a steep slope and on the way to the sauna and the pier there is lighted path, which is partly rocky. The second path is flatter and leads to children's swimming area. Outdoor grill at shore, large pier for sunbathing and for adult swimming. Shallow water for kids nearby. Shore faces south, peaceful location. No view to the neighbour.
Tended ski trails (length 3,5 km) 2 km from cottage, ski resort Tahko 38 km. Possibility for horse riding 2 km.
