The owner rent a hot tub all year round at extra price 150 euros and it is pre-filled with water. Hot tub paid to the owner on the spot in cash, so make sure availability in good time. Roopenranta is a high-quality rental villa for a bigger group or even for two families. The villa offers great views of Päijänne and the surrounding dry terrain does not favor mosquitoes.
There is some iron in the tap water and it might cause some smell/taste into the water. However, it's examined and safe to use. Guest can bring drinking water along, if he prefers to do that.
The Pulkkilanharju landscape route and the Päijänne National Park are a few kilometers away, several inland water cruises are nearby, and much more to see and do in the area.
